Each student is a little different. They are so versatile, and that this is why it is effective for teachers to use behavior contracts with students, with different rates of occurrence.
Common behaviors associated with topic: ManyNot turning in assignments
Many times it's repetitive, disrupting behavior.behavior (tardy, yelling in the halls, etc)
Can be implemented not only in the classroom, but also outside the classroom examples being problems in the cafeteria, library, computer lab etc.
Example: A student constantly blurts out answers instead of raising his or her hand. Target behavior should be specific.
Create goal orientated objectives and promote positive change.
